“Isapera” [ίσα πέρα] in Greek means “Going forward, straight ahead and beyond.” Inspired by her roots and summers spent on the beach in Greece, Melissa Metaxa, co-founder and designer of Isapera sandals, is reinterpreting the Greek custom of sandal making by utilizing contemporary colors and materials and combining them with high couture and classic Greek style.
